Bluett Conran are accountants and registered auditors. We are registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (http://www.charteredaccountants.ie/) to carry on audit work.
When do you need an audit?
Many companies can now qualify for audit exemption as outlined on the Companies Registration Office website (http://www.cro.ie/ena/annual-return-audit-exemption.aspx)
However you may be required to have a statutory audit completed.
The main reasons are:
- You have a company limited by guarantee (for example property management companies).
- Your company has unlimited liability.
- The company does not meet the ‘small company’ audit exemption criteria per the Companies Office.
- You are operating a group of companies.
If you do need to have your accounts audited, we work with you to make sure that the compliance work around getting the audit completed is done without fuss, and on time.
Company secretarial
As part of our audit service, Bluett Conran will also supply a Company Secretarial service for you. Whether it is the filing of the Annual Return or more complex company share reorganisations, we take the guessing out of making sure you meet your compliance deadlines.
Internal Audit
We provide an Internal Audit service on an outsourced basis to companies in the private and the public sector who for reasons of size and cost constraints choose not to employ a fulltime internal auditor. We have built up a strong expertise that allows you to have the regulatory cover you need, but at a cost effective price.
